We are looking to add a Business Administration Co-ordinator to our team to be the first point of contact for enquiries and to take charge of our bookings system.
The Orangery is a busy and vibrant venue that hosts a range of hires and events from community groups, business meetings and wedding celebrations to art exhibitions and afternoon teas. This new role will help us to further develop our excellent relationships with users and hirers and provide a professional customer service.
The post holder will provide a high level of customer service to enquirers, hirers and users of the Orangery and to be the main point of contact on the customer journey. To provide an effective administration and business co-ordination service to the Trust; managing bookings, hire contracts, invoices and financial transactions relating the Orangery.
The role is 15 hours per week initially with the potential to increase. Hours can be worked flexibly with at least one half day on site (usually Wednesday). Post holder must be able to respond to enquiries digitally three times per week.
The role is 15 hours per week and £19,500 pro rata (£7800) per annum. This role is funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund
